These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Settldflow ("Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Settldflow is a software tool designed to help Amazon FBA sellers analyze settlement data, track credit card obligations, manage COGS, and track profitability. The Service processes data files you upload and presents insights based on that data. Settldflow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc.
You are responsible for:
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Settldflow, including settlement files, inventory reports, and buy sheets. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload and process any data you provide.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service; share your account credentials with third parties; upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service; or use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access.
Access to the Service requires selecting a plan. All new accounts include a 14-day free trial. If a payment method is provided, it will be automatically charged after the trial period at the rate of the selected plan. If no payment method is provided, access will end at trial expiry until a plan is purchased. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Settldflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or insights generated by the Service. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial or accounting advice. All financial decisions remain your sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settldflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
